FAQ
Do I need a referral?
No, you can book directly. Some funding types, like WorkCover or a Medicare plan, have their own paperwork, so mention yours when you book.
Can I choose my physio?
You can ask for a general, sports or women's health physio. We'll book the first suitable time for that type.
How long is an appointment?
45 minutes for a first consultation and 30 minutes for a follow-up.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice so someone else can take the time.
Can the receptionist tell me what's wrong?
No. Only a physiotherapist can assess you, at an appointment. The AI receptionist can book one for you.
An AI that answers the phone when we can't.
Physios are hands-on with patients most of the day. Our AI receptionist picks up straight away, so nobody waits on hold or gets voicemail.
